Night Cascades: A Dark New Age Interactive Mystery Game
Diane Carter, armed with a folklore degree, receives an unexpected job offer from the local police department. Tasked with investigating occult-themed fires, she becomes a special consultant on esoteric religion. However, her assigned partner, Jackie, poses a challenge due to their complicated past. Together, they must overcome obstacles and uncover the truth.
Set in the 1980s, known as the Dark New Age, the game explores a time when belief in paranormal powers was widespread. Players engage in an interactive mystery, searching crime scenes for clues and interrogating suspects through minigames. The story unfolds from multiple perspectives, and allows players to experience different facets of the past and present. A lesbian romance also develops between the adult female characters.
